How much is a plot in Mambrui?
Plots in Mambrui start from Ksh 1,300,000 at Mambrui Phase 2. Each size and its price is listed on this page and on each project's page, and changes there the moment it changes.
Which Gatepath projects are in Mambrui?
Mambrui Phase 2 (8 available). Each project's page shows its map, with every plot that is still free.
Can I see the land before I buy?
Yes. Site visits are free, every Wednesday and Saturday, with one of our agents at the land. Coming from Nairobi? We arrange the trip — from Ksh 15,000 per person, with a night's stay — and it counts towards your plot if you buy.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa Paybill or bank transfer, quoting your reference — in full or in instalments. Every payment gets an official receipt, and our CEO signs your purchase agreement.
Can I check the title before paying?
Yes. Ask us for the project's land search certificate and survey layout and we will send copies, so you can verify them yourself before you pay.
